Gulf Radiation Levels Stable But Iranian Nuclear Sites Hit Hard in Israel-Iran Air Strikes

The United Nations atomic guard has confirmed that radiation levels in the Gulf region are common despite the 12-day aerial struggle between Israel and Iran. However, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) issued a warning on Thursday: Many Iranian nuclear facilities suffered severe damage during the attacks.

IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Gersi emphasized that no unusual radiation has been detected so far, but attacks on Iran’s nuclear infrastructure raise serious security concerns. Damage to major features may compromise atomic material safety and can increase the risk of future events if not immediately addressed.

This development highlights the delicate balance between regional safety stresses and mandatory to maintain nuclear security. As the Gulf region looks closely, the monitoring of IAEA is important in preventing any increase from converting nuclear threat to nuclear threat.
