The steps these women have taken must not be misconstrued as mere honours granted to individuals — rather, they are what exemplify the UAE’s and the world’s developing leadership goals. In this case it has to do with global competitiveness and influencing patterns of growth and the accompanying constructs focused on systemic development of two-thirds of the world’s emerging women leaders.
The Global Young Leaders Council are now considered to be the most brilliant innovators of youth leadership spearheading international initiatives for world governments, and as you can see, now with the inclusion of these pioneers the UAE joins the ranks.
